The Crossover Team is a Christian Non-Profit Ministry I founded to be an asset to families from all walks of life. It encompasses leadership training, team building, mentoring and healthy living. I will be traveling to local schools, churches and other civic venues to help youth of all backgrounds excel in a multitude of ways.

Assemblies in the public school setting will be geared around team building, choices and how to remain focused on what matters the most in your life. Christian-based events will center around the Gospel of Jesus Christ and developing families and the youth of this generation, by instilling biblical discipline and a life-long commitment to honoring God with our entire self. 

A message to the church.....
The Gospel message must be preached with clarity and in its true form. We, as true slaves to Christ must begin to get back to the roots of Christianity. We simply can’t continue to preach a dumbed down version of salvation and expect to see truth permeate this culture. Are you willing to join me and so many others who want to do nothing more than glorify Jesus for WHO he is and not for WHAT he can do for us?

Our life on this side of eternity is about HIM, not us. We must teach repentance and faith in Jesus as true defining proof of salvation. To tell people that if they say a prayer and jump through some evangelical hoops they will be assured of salvation is a lie and is not found anywhere in scripture. We must stop this method of evangelism and get back to what scripture teaches.

I would love to come to your church and exhort believers to begin to live their lives as scripture tells us.... to be set apart and different. God is preparing HIS bride. Is your church one that HE is preparing?

I have been a personal trainer and sports nutritionist for years. Most of what I do in the physical realm can be taught in our spiritual walk with Christ. Fathers need to take back their families as spiritual leaders and doers of the word. Families need to commit their entire lives, (what they watch on tv, what they listen to, what they talk about, what dominates their thoughts, etc.) to Christ. Most Christian families are living as carnal as the world and aren’t being called to live differently. This has to change!

Are you willing to work together to help the believers in your church work to understand what it will take to live a truly biblical life for Christ? I am willing to sow time into your people for nothing. If God chooses to bless what I am doing for Him and His kingdom through people, that is up to Him. I am just being obedient to the call.

This all starts with people taking a look at their lives and truly lining it up to scripture. Don’t let your flock flounder in their faith because they are still nursing on milk. Get solid food in their spiritual system and watch true believers become passionate slaves of the ONE true God.
