Basketball Training: I get players to understand the need of proper fundamentals. Wasted movement anywhere in the court is wasted time. If a player can minimize movement and maximize the utilization of explosive muscle groups, that player can become exponentially more effective & athletic.

Personal Training & Nutritional Training: (Certified through ASFA - American Sports and Fitness Association) Athletes need to fuel their bodies the right way. It is my estimation that over 95% of the athletes I begin working with, have no idea about proper nutrition for an athlete. This is one of the essential ingredients in building for the long term. A player will simply not be able to endure consistent high intensity training without putting the right things into them.

Resistance Training: Core strength and engaging quick twitch muscle fiber are the key components in becoming the next level of athlete. I utilize circuit training, stabilization movements, explosive power movements and the Vertimax training system to help athletes reach their potential.

Life Training: Most athletes I train aren't any different than other kids their age. They all have similar issues and pressures. My life is rather simple. "Love God and love people." I try and instill a biblical worldview in all aspects of training. The biggest problem I have in "getting through" to athletes, begins in the home. If an athlete hasn't been shown proper training over the course of their life, they probably won't take to being trained at a high level now. I believe all children long for direction and to be told the truth about this life. It will only help them in the end.

Spiritual Training: As I look at this world and how fragile it really is, I can only come to one consensus: "Jesus Christ is ALL we have." This section is too long to write here, but lets just say this is where the story begins and ends for me.
